Ensemble Classes at Harmony Music House

Harmony Music House is offering ensemble classes for students who are interested in learning how to play music in a group setting.

Whether you call it a jam class or an ensemble class it is designed to take your playing to the next level.

logoTaglineOne of the things that sets us apart from other music lesson studios is our superior ensemble classes. Our students are encouraged to join small ensembles with other Harmony Music House students, outside students are welcome with the instructor's approval, and learn how to play in a group setting. We feel that it is a very effective way to get students to the next level of playing. What could be more practical and fun than playing with others? Each class is guided by at least one of our instructors who is well versed in the genre of your specific ensemble.

During the session students will learn the etiquette of playing with others, what role their instrument plays in a group setting, how to solo and play rhythm while others are playing along, and more. We are here to answer questions and get you feeling comfortable playing music with other instruments.

We offer ensemble classes in the following genres:

Bluegrass, Rock, Jazz, we are also looking to add other genres to this list. Let us know if you have a suggestion.

Our classes meet once a week for eight weeks and run for approximately an hour-and-a-half per session. After the eighth meeting the group will perform on stage here at HMH.
Each eight week session is $224.
